Important Dates

September 20th - Faith Formation for Pre-K - 8th begins!

This form is for students in grades Prek-8th who want to be in faith formation at Our Lady of Lourdes.

If your child is in grades 3-8 and has not yet been baptized or received First Communion, please indicate that below, so we can begin your sacramental preparation as well. If your child needs to receive First Communion, you will also need to submit a copy of your child's baptismal certificate to the parish office.

The cost of Faith Formation is $40 per student. This covers the cost of books and other materials for the classes.

Multiple Student Discount
If multiple students are enrolling from your immediate family this year, it will cost $40 to enroll the second child, and any additional children may be enrolled for free.

  We have an incredible team of catechist, assistants, and other team members who contribute to running our program. As part of our team, you get to be part of a community that seeks to share the faith in many different capacities. Everyone is welcome! Even if you've never taught before, you'll find sharing about what we believe is one of the most rewarding experiences you can be apart of. It is also a great opportunity to grow in your faith through with others.

- Mass Expectations
  The Catechism of the Catholic Church says, “The Sunday Eucharist is the foundation and confirmation of all Christian practice.”
  
  It is of the highest importance that all Confirmation candidates attend Mass every Sunday throughout the entire year and on Holy Days of Obligation.
